Kimco
Realty Lists Hair Cuttery As Tenant. Also Golden Arches Of
McDonalds Coming To Urbana?
A check of
Kimco Realty, the developers of the Villages of Urbana Town
Center retail area lists tennants as follows:
Anchor Tenant
-
Giant Food, Tenant List - BB&T, Dry Cleaners and Hair Cuttery.
At the Villages of Urbana Annual Meeting, no "official list" of
tenants was given, so this marks the first time we have any
confirmation of businesses besides Giant Food and BB&T. In
other news, the
McShea website reports "Represented the landlord, Monocacy
Land Company, in the leasing of 38,239 square feet of space to
McDonalds at the Villages of Urbana. Rusty McCabe and Cathy
Smith-Burdette were the McShea brokers involved in this
transaction." Also of note, Jerry's Pizza no longer lists
Urbana as a "coming soon" location.
